A little bit about me...
Maria Kritikos is a Vancouver-based real estate advisor, entrepreneur, and founder of Kritikos Real Estate Group, with over 20 years of experience working with buyers, sellers, homeowners, and developers across Metro Vancouver.
Maria is widely recognized as a multiplex expert and consultant, specializing in bridging the gap between homeowners and developers. She helps homeowners understand their options — whether that means selling, co-developing, or partnering on a multiplex project — and works closely with developers to bring well-positioned, community-minded projects to market. Her role often sits at the intersection of strategy, feasibility, and marketing, helping projects move from concept to successful execution.
In addition to her advisory work, Maria provides project marketing services for multiplex developments, supporting developers with positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. She is known for her ability to see the bigger picture — aligning land, people, timing, and vision — while keeping communication clear and grounded.
Maria continues to work with clients buying and selling residential real estate, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every transaction. Her number one value is ensuring her clients are educated, informed, and confident through clear communication at every stage. She is intentional about the clients and projects she takes on, choosing to work where she can add meaningful value.
Beyond real estate, Maria is an author, real estate entrepreneur, and the founder of the Ladies Who Lunch® Network, a long-running community that connects women through conversation, leadership, and shared experience. She is also the host of From the Ground Up Podcast and host of BehindTheBuild.net, where she shares conversations and stories from the world of real estate, development, and entrepreneurship.
Through SellingTheCity.ca, Maria brings together her experience in resale, development, and community-building to offer strategic guidance in a rapidly changing real estate landscape. Her work is built on trust, collaboration, and a belief that real estate decisions are life decisions — and they deserve clarity, integrity, and expertise.
